The Bayview wanted to reduce their LPG and electrical cost whilst also creating a greener, more efficient hotel.

We replaced the LPG and electrical wall panel heaters with a Hargassner 109kW pellet boiler and wet system. The boiler was housed in a purposes built planet room which had Solar PV installed on the roof to supply electric into the boiler room.
