James Lyall runs a farm with various let properties ranging from three bedrooms to 10 bedrooms. His previous heating system relied on 5 old oil-fired boilers, James wanted a new system that was reliable, sustainable and inexpensive to run.

Southwest Renewables surveyed the property and suggested installing a 200kW chip boiler. The Manor house, four cottage lets and outdoor swimming pool run off the biomass system. Southwest Renewables have installed a district heating system, which has been placed underground feeding all the properties with heat.
